Returns

Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to notify us of your product return. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

Return costs are at your own expense.

All products come with full manufacturer's warranty. If an item breaks, we will also assist you. (See our warranty page)

Notify Your Return

A return must be made in writing via email or letter, or submitted through your own customer account* on our website.

*You can request a return via your account as follows. If you placed an order as a guest, you must first register with the same email address to convert your guest account to a customer account. You will access a page where your recent orders are displayed. Then click on "View" next to the order from which you want to return items. You will arrive at a summary of the relevant order. Here, you can click on the "Return items" button at the bottom right to create the return and fill in the required fields.

You can also make use of the European model form for revocation to communicate to us that you wish to revoke the purchase. Use of this form is not obligatory, however. You can download the form here.

Can I return all items?

In principle, you have the right to return everything (except for personalized items and gift cards), as long as you keep everything as reasonably possible in the original condition and undamaged.

This means the following:

  • Make sure the returned items, as far as reasonably possible, are in the original packaging
  • Make sure all labels remain attached to the product
  • Handle the products with care so they return to us undamaged
  • You may examine an item as you would in a store.
  • Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned
  • Ensure that the address label with your address and barcode that we affixed to the package is unreadable so that the package is not delivered to you again

How can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, exchanging an item is not possible.

Will I always get the full purchase amount back?

In principle, almost always. It logically depends on the condition of the product. You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. For example, you may take an item out of its packaging and examine it, but you should not use it before returning it to us.

For our valued customers outside the EU, we want to emphasize that import duties and taxes paid outside the EU are not refundable. If you decide to cancel an order after it has been shipped, or if you do not pay the relevant customs duties and taxes at international destinations, we want to inform you that the refund will only be processed after we have received the order at our return department. Please note that the refund amount will be reduced by the shipping costs and any applicable import duties and taxes.

When will I receive my money back?

We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the products, or until you prove that you have sent them back to us.

Who is responsible for the correct delivery of the return shipment?

The responsibility for the return shipment lies with yourself.
